Wills Consultant Newcastle West, NSW (Onsite) 9:00am – 5:00pm | 35 hours per week Contract: 23 February 2026 – 10 July 2026 $33.70 – $46.36 per hour super (PAYG) About the Opportunity A State Government organisation is seeking an experienced Wills Consultant to join its Wills and Estate Planning team based in Newcastle West. This is a full-time contract role supporting the preparation and execution of estate planning documentation while assisting with branch administration and reception duties. This position is fully office-based with no work-from-home arrangements. Key Responsibilities Prepare and assist in the execution of estate planning documents including: Wills Powers of Attorney Enduring Guardianship appointments Conduct pre-screening calls and schedule client appointments Provide general office and administrative support to branch staff Attend the reception desk and manage front-of-house duties Maintain accurate client records and documentation Liaise professionally with clients and internal stakeholders About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience in wills, estate planning, legal administration or a similar legal support role Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and confidentiality Ability to manage appointments and client interactions professionally Legal background or experience (preferred) Additional Requirements National Criminal Record Check Two professional reference checks Apply now to be considered for this opportunity in Newcastle.
