Workforce Planning Strategist

We have a unique opportunity for a Workforce Planning Strategist to drive innovation and excellence in our workforce planning function.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of strategic workforce planning principles and be able to apply them to drive real impact across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Enabling the company to understand the external landscape of economic, labour and commercial markets as they directly and indirectly impact the workforce supply for the future;
* Supporting, driving and delivering workforce supply insights directly into the company's Workforce Strategy through plans supporting various internal and external stakeholders about the organisation's ability to build the workforce capability needed to meet program milestones;
* Fostering strong partnerships with People & Culture teams including sourcing and talent acquisition, shaping workforce-related initiatives and informing robust business case development across the organisation.
Required skills and qualifications include:
* Tertiary qualification in Economics, Commerce, Business, or Human Resources or equivalent experience that demonstrates depth of expertise;
* Ability to research and validate information across multiple sources and interpret workforce composition and organisational structures across industries with precision;
* Excellent communication and analytical skills.
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
