HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
With your exceptional ability to develop and nurture client relationships, you will be instrumental in:
* Providing unique and memorable client experiences
* Supporting the team in achieving their personal and collective goals
* Welcoming all clients, managing flow by providing wait time information, directing clients to waiting areas, and ensuring they are attended to promptly
* Assisting with sales-related tasks, including gift wrapping, personalization, and care services such as cleaning and polishing
* Maintaining a pristine boutique environment that is clean, neat, and welcoming
* Contributing positively to team spirit by actively engaging in daily boutique activities and embodying our core values

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
We believe in shared success and that your actions elevate yourself, your team, and your Maison. To succeed, you will have:
* Over 3 years' experience in retail, hospitality, or service roles
* A strong understanding of luxury standards and client expectations
* Experience in watches, jewelry, or leather goods is beneficial but not essential; a passion for luxury products and experiences is required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
* A proactive approach with a positive mindset and strong team spirit
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment under pressure
* Innovative ideas and creativity to develop memorable events and client activations

We are currently reviewing candidates for seasonal opportunities across select Richemont Maisons. Applying for this role provides the chance to be considered for opportunities in other Maisons as well. During the process, we will ask for your preferred Maisons.
* If shortlisted, our Talent Acquisition Team will send a link for you to complete a short online application, including video and written responses
* If your application is shortlisted, you will be invited for an in-person interview with the Boutique Management Team. You may also speak with HR or the Head Office team, depending on the Maison
* If successful, you will start your journey with us in September after completing all pre-employment screenings, including police checks.
