ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administration Support Officer to join our growing team at InterSafe in Loganholme, Queensland. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our consultant team, ensuring the smooth running of our office and contributing to the overall success of the business and the highest level of customer support. This role will see you working closely with a team of circa 5 consultants and reporting into the Principal, as well as being part of a small and close knit team of professionals that strive to be the best at all times.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

These are some of your core responsibilities, however there are other tasks in the office that will see you contribute to a smooth running and efficient team, supporting a collaborative, professional and pleasant environment.

* Collaborate with Consultants on work to be undertaken
* Drive the management of files with the consultant
* Compile Reports, format and produce proposals and other communications
* Proof Read and understand proposals for work to actively assist Consultants
* Proactively manage the Consultants and their calendar/files
* Prepare and organise all training material and training events
* Complete tasks in relation to research and data gathering
* Follow the office and administrative systems and procedures
* Manage all physical and electronic information for files
* Obtain Purchase Orders from clients for approved work
* Update the database with all relevant information for client work/files

You will be a passionate, yet calm and mature minded person, with a high attention to detail and a servant approach to supporting you internal and external stakeholders. Happy to take the initiative to identify efficiencies and support the business as whole, whatever that takes. A proactive and collaborative approach wrapped in a professional and friendly personality will see you fit right in

Other Key skills and Attributes:

* Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
* Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
