What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting young people with daily routines, personal care, and meaningful activities
* Building strong, respectful relationships that help young people feel valued
* Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments that promote growth
* Responding calmly and confidently to behavioural and emotional challenges
* Working collaboratively with your team to deliver individualised care plans
What You’ll Bring
* Completed or currently studying a Diploma of Community Services (or relevant Diploma‑level qualification)
* A full, valid Australian Driver’s Licence
* First Aid and CPR certification
* NDIS Worker Screening and Working With Children Check
* Empathy, resilience, and a solutions‑focused mindset
* Availability for a variety of shifts, including weekends and overnights (overnights are essential)
