About the Role
We are excited to offer a new opportunity for a Clinical Care Manager to join our leadership team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, providing supervision and support to our nursing team, and fostering a culture of safety, respect, and continuous improvement.
Working closely with our Co-CEO - Clinical Care, you will:
* Lead and coordinate clinical care services.
* Support compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC requirements.
* Mentor and develop staff, promoting best practice and teamwork.
* Ensure consumers receive holistic, person-centred care.
* Contribute to quality improvement and accreditation processes.
About You
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse who can bring leadership, vision, and a commitment to excellence in aged care. You will possess:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Demonstrated leadership experience in aged care or a related healthcare setting.
* Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC, and relevant legislation.
* Strong skills in clinical assessment, care planning, and documentation.
* Ability to manage, mentor, and support nursing and care staff.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
