Our dedication to safety and reputation for quality and innovation help our customers reach beyond what they thought possible.All you have to do is get on board.We are looking to appoint a suitably experienced individual to fill the permanent full-time position of Base Coordinator at CHC Jandakot operations.Reporting to the Contract Manager, this vital role is responsible for the efficient administrative coordination of CHC operations, including support to our client.Proactively monitor and ensure compliance with Safety, Security, and Quality standards, including Safety Management System, Base Operating Procedures, and Industry Regulations in the aviation sector.Efficiently prepare, organize, and document minutes for monthly contract meetings in the aviation industry.In consultation with the client, maintain base safety schedule checks on all safety equipment.Attend to visitor access control.Conduct Base Safety Inductions for staff and contractors.Manage communication protocols, processes and content with customers, other company locations, staff, vendors and local service providers and authorities.Prepare customer and company operational reports and manage underlying documentation and data.Oversee paramedic flight role equipment which include helmets and harnesses.Procure and manage the distribution of paramedic uniforms.Audit and report FRMS compliance for paramedics.Prepare prompt and accurate invoicing data and reports.Coordinate base facilities management and maintenance.Receipt and dispatch of goods.Management of ERHS remote/regional fuel caches.Provide general administrative duties as required.Experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory.Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills within an aviation environment.Competent computer skills especially with Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively under supervision.Ability to work collaboratively across teams.Demonstrate a positive, flexible, and adaptable approach.Excellent customer service skills.Aviation experience will be viewed favourably.Applicant must be an Australian citizen and be able to hold and maintain applicable clearances as required for the position.At CHC we believe a diverse workforce makes us stronger.
