SWCC is a leading CARE (Curriculum and Re-engagement in Education) school using the Big Picture Education design. We provide individualised education and wrap-around wellbeing support for young people facing challenges such as family breakdown, mental health issues, social isolation, and homelessness.
Our purpose is to empower students with life skills, employability competencies, and pathways to independence in a safe, trauma-informed learning environment.

Who We're Looking For
* Qualified Teachers (Secondary or Primary with flexibility to work across learning areas)
* Education Assistants experienced in supporting diverse learners
* Professionals who are:
* Resilient and adaptable
* Skilled in building positive relationships
* Committed to inclusive, student-centred learning

Requirements
* Current Working with Children Check
* National Police Clearance
* Relevant Teaching or EA qualifications and certifications
* WA C Class Driver's Licence
* Senior First Aid Certificate (preferred)
