Due to continued growth, MEGA Resources is seeking an experienced Senior Mine Geologist to join our team. This is an opportunity to step into a key role where your technical expertise, leadership, and practical mine-site experience will directly support safe, efficient, and value-driven operations.
As a Senior Mine Geologist, you will play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality geological support to mining operations, mentoring junior geologists, and working closely with mining and planning teams to optimise ore recovery.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day geological support to mining operations
* Deliver accurate grade control, ore boundary definition, and reconciliation
* Interpret geological data to support short- and medium-term mine planning
* Mentor and support junior geologists and technicians
* Maintain high standards of data quality, QA/QC, and reporting
* Work collaboratively with mine operations, engineering, and technical services
About You
* 5–7 years' experience in an open-pit mining environment
* Strong background in grade control and production geology
* Tertiary qualification in Geology (or equivalent)
* Schedule 26 – highly desirable
* Proven ability to work autonomously and make sound geological decisions
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across disciplines
