About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, Brand & Marketing, you'll set the vision and drive the execution of a best-in-class web experience. Leading a small team and working closely with global colleagues and agency partners, you'll oversee the rebuild and optimisation of multiple consumer websites, consolidating platforms and ensuring they are intuitive, mobile-first, and conversion-led. Your remit covers the entire digital journey, from first click to lead management and conversion. You'll collaborate with marketing, sales, IT and customer service to ensure the websites not only reflect brand standards but deliver measurable commercial impact. This is a role for a digital leader who's equally comfortable with strategy and execution, with strong stakeholder influence and the drive to lift digital maturity in a sector that's evolving fast.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the strategy, performance, and optimisation of multiple consumer websites
* Partner with digital agencies to rebuild and enhance user experience across platforms
* Ensure sites are mobile-first, fast, and optimised for conversion and SEO
* Drive digital customer journeys and integrate campaigns, offers and promotions seamlessly
* Leverage analytics, heatmaps, and CRO tools to deliver insights and improvements
* Collaborate with global teams and local stakeholders to align strategies
* Manage multiple digital projects and external vendor relationships
* Ensure compliance with the highest ethical, data and quality standards

About You

* 10+ years' experience in website and digital experience management
* Proven track record in optimising conversion rates and driving online sales
* Strong background with e-commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Shopify
* Skilled in SEO/SEM, analytics (Google Analytics, GTM), UX design, and CMS platforms
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, CRO tools and CRM/email integration (Salesforce Marketing Cloud desirable)
* Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience in automotive, consumer goods or e-commerce-led sectors is highly desirable
