**How will I help?**
Trade Services and Operations is the first point of contact for Westpac Trade customer to assist customers with their everyday needs for trade products and enquiries. The Client Service Officer has a key role in promoting sales and solutions for customer to retain and grow International Business in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities of the role include:
- Daily Operational processing across all five trade products - Export Collections, Import Collections, Export Letters of Credit, Import Letters of Credit and Trade Finance - and monitoring of customer requests ensuring that all transaction obligations have been met and that the customer service levels are maintained at the highest level.
- Central Operational contact for all trade related queries. Responsible for owning the trade experience and providing a resolution to both internal and external clients.
- Responsible for scanning Import and Export documents received by couriers/express post etc to Global Partners in a timely manner with checklist. Dispatching the same to customers/overseas banks once processed.
- Assist the Relationship Manager and International Business Managers in identifying customer Risk Business Opportunities, and visits to customer’s offices when required.

**What do I need?**
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Minimum 2 years industry experience
- Knowledge across Trade Finance, Imports/Exports Collections and Letters of Credit is required
- Good working knowledge of UCP, URC, URR & ISBP.
