About the Role:
This role oversees the operational efficiency and profitability of food and beverage services at events.
Responsibilities include delivering high-quality services to the general public, ensuring concessions are fully stocked and prepared before events, and managing backstage catering standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in running concession outlets, possess excellent time management and administration skills, and be able to work outside normal business hours.
