Required Skills and Qualifications:

* - Proven expertise working within a university or commercial environment in defence and aerospace to achieve strategic objectives and key performance indicators.
* - Demonstrated ability to build rapport, lead, and manage effective relationships with various stakeholders.
* - Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, particularly in conveying complex information.
* - Ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 security clearance.
