LET'S EXPLORE THE ROLE
As a Business Analyst – Transformation, you will play a key role in delivering BAI's enterprise transformation agenda. Working across multiple initiatives, you will partner with business leaders, project teams and technical specialists to analyse complex requirements, simplify processes and ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable value.
This is a hands‐on, adaptable role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment, can balance multiple priorities, and brings strong relationship‐building skills. In addition to core business analysis, you'll provide flexible support across test management and change management activities as required to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a variety of business analysis activities across transformation initiatives
* Elicit, document and manage high‐quality business, functional and non‐functional requirements
* Map current and future state processes, identifying opportunities for simplification, automation and efficiency
* Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and requirements sessions to drive shared understanding and buy‐in
* Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery constraints
* Provide flexible project support, contributing to test management and change management activities where needed
* Champion continuous improvement across business processes and transformation outcomes
* Produce clear, compliant documentation including process maps, user stories, test artefacts and project deliverables
* Provide regular insights and reporting on progress, risks, dependencies and outcomes
LET'S HEAR ABOUT YOU
You are an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in transformation and complex project environments. You combine analytical rigour with strong people skills and are confident working across diverse stakeholder groups.
You bring expert capability in business analysis and process improvement, along with advanced facilitation, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills. You're adaptable, solutions‐focused and comfortable contributing beyond traditional BA boundaries to support successful delivery.
Technical Skills Required
* Strong command of business analysis and end‐to‐end requirements management
* Highly developed capability in process mapping, analysis and continuous improvement
* Demonstrated strength in stakeholder engagement, workshop design and facilitation
* Proven proficiency using Microsoft Visio, Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
* Well‐established experience eliciting requirements, developing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
* Hands‐on experience with PowerBI and data visualisation techniques
* Practical experience working across Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
* Sound experience supporting test management, UAT coordination and change management activities
* Solid working knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, ITIL frameworks and system implementation concepts
