Assistant Branch Manager – NAPA Wetherill Park (Full Time, On Site)
Location: Wetherill Park, New South Wales, Australia
About the Role
Our Assistant Branch Managers support the Branch Manager with operations and the day‐to‐day running of the branch; oversee and supervise a team of trade and industrial specialists, ensuring their success; maintain a safe workplace.
Responsibilities
* Coach, develop, and support a small team of trade, sales and packing team members to reach their full potential.
* Provide sales and service to trade, industrial and mining customers leveraging your expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledge.
* Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe and make it home.
Qualifications
* Supervisory experience or a readiness to take the next step in your career.
* Previous trade/industrial experience, including sales, wholesale and/or workshop operations experience (desirable).
* Experience building strong relationships with all customers; creating moments that matter.
* A solution‐focused problem‐solver.
* Sound computer skills.
* Conscious of workplace safety at all times.
* A valid driver's licence.
