- **SHORT-TERM CONTRACT - WEEK 1 TUESDAY, FRIDAY AND SATURDAY 22.15 - 07.15, WEEK 2 TUESDAY, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY 22.15 - 07.15 = TOTAL 54 HOURS PER FORTNIGHT WITH CAPACITY TO WORK UP TO 76 HOURS**:

**As an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse, your 'typical day' will have you**:
- Providing excellent, person-centred resident care in relation to specialised nursing needs (i.e. management of diabetes, wounds, infections, pain and medications)
- Maintaining documentation; completing resident assessments, incident investigation and related care documents in accordance with policies, and procedures and meeting accreditation standards
- Overseeing the administration of day-to-day tasks as relates to the provision of clinical care to achieve best resident outcomes
- Undertaking clinical monitoring of residents and escalating changes as required
- Providing employees with clear direction and guidance and actively promoting positive working relationships
**To thrive in this role, you will have**:
- A current AHPRA registration and Registered Nurse (Division 1) qualification
- A collaborative approach to working with residents, staff, colleagues and other key stakeholders
- An understanding of the aged care legislative framework and requirements, including safe medication administration
- A high level of accountability for own work
- A friendly and positive attitude and the ability to demonstrate client-focused behaviour
- A natural ability to build relationships that make a difference
- The ability to show empathy and treat others with dignity and respect
