With continued growth and a newly acquired rent roll, they are now seeking a polished and experienced Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a flagship portfolio.

The role
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 300 properties, focusing purely on relationship management and portfolio performance. With leasing and accounts handled for you, this role allows you to operate at a senior level and deliver a premium client experience.
* End‐to‐end management of a residential portfolio
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Oversee and mentor a Junior Property Manager
* Ensure high‐level service delivery aligned with a premium brand
* Manage escalations, compliance, and portfolio performance
About you
* 5+ years' experience in Property Management
* Confident, capable, and highly organised
* Strong communication and relationship management skills
* Tech‐savvy with experience in PropertyMe or Property Tree
* Current Real Estate Licence and driver's licence
* Professional presentation suited to a high‐end clientele
