Ryde Baptist Church (RBC) is seeking a passionate and gifted Children's Ministry Director (4 days per week) to join our ministry team.

About the Role
The Children's Ministry Director will provide vision, leadership, and oversight for RBC Kids (birth to Year 6), fostering a gospel‐centred ministry that helps children follow Jesus and partners with families in nurturing faith.
Working under the leadership of the Discipleship and Community Life Pastor, the Director will develop and equip volunteer leaders, oversee ministry strategy and programs, and contribute as part of the wider staff team to the mission and ministry of Ryde Baptist Church.
