About the Role
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in delivering efficient, friendly, and professional service throughout their stay.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
* Welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience
* Handling guest enquiries, requests, and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner
* Providing accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
* Processing payments and completing shift reconciliation
* Resolving guest issues effectively and escalating matters when required
* Ensuring all guest and operational information is accurate and up to date
* Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience (Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance)

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience in a hotel environment, and/or a qualification in hospitality, tourism, or business
* Excellent communication skills with a positive and professional attitude
* A strong customer service focus and a genuine desire to make guests feel welcome
* The ability to work effectively within a team environment
* Flexibility to assist across different departments when required
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* The ability to consistently uphold service standards
* Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
* Reliable transport
