About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Providing around-the-clock care to youth in need, including supporting them with daily activities, education, and personal development.
* Working collaboratively as part of a team to provide a safe and supportive environment for young people.
* Developing positive relationships with young people and colleagues to ensure a smooth and effective care delivery process.
* Transporting young people to and from school, day programs, and appointments.
* Assisting in implementing programs designed to promote growth and development.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
* Hold a current Working with Children Check (for paid employment).
* Possess a current First Aid Certificate (Provide First Aid; Course Code HLTAID003).
* Have a current National Police Check (this must be obtained via the Victoria Police website).
* Hold a current driver's licence.
* Be willing to participate in a Worker/Carer Exclusion Scheme Check.
* Hold a current NDIS Worker Check (can be obtained via the National Disability Insurance Scheme website).
