Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Used Car Sales team to deliver successful outcomes.
Drive sales performance to meet or exceed targets.
Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strong communication with customers and team.
Qualifications
Be ambitious, confident and self motivated
Experienced in current and used Automotive Sales and Management essential
Achieve and exceed KPI’s
Have strong and effective communication skills
Strong and Proven Sales ability
Excellent Leadership qualities
Deliver Outstanding Customer Service
Competent computer skills
Can lead and manage a team effectively
Ability to achieve results
