Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role that can be based from any of our nationwide offices.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for building strong client relationships and driving business growth. They will be responsible for influencing and negotiating across military networks, supporting the learning and development of consultants, and implementing systems to support compliance and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting the learning and development of consultants

* Driving commercial strategy across the military portfolio
* Identifying future leaders and specialized consultants within rehabilitation services
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Allied Health and active registration with relevant peak bodies. They will also have a minimum of 3 years' experience and exposure to military schemes, as well as experience in client relations, operational management, and project management.
