Job Title: SAP FICO/JV Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Finance professional to join our team.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills and experience in working on large upgrades and the ability to dive into existing code to figure out how objects need to be enhanced. The role involves assessing impact and gaps in current business processes and configuration for the SAP module versus the equivalent in SAP S4HANA, providing alternatives and recommendations on delta design.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess impact and gaps in current business processes and configuration for the SAP module versus the equivalent in SAP S4HANA
* Provide technology consulting expertise and develop functional and technical specifications for delta design and tools to support SAP S4HANA conversion
* Execute necessary system configuration to enable SAP S4HANA conversion
* Lead testing and defect resolution in context of SAP S4HANA conversions
* Serve as subject matter expert for SAP FIN/JV best practices and advise customers on maintenance and industry best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree and 10+ years related experience
* 5+ years SAP FIN/JV experience including at least one full lifecycle SAP Project
* Responsibilities included design, configuration, and implementation of joint venture module
* Experience with SAP S/4 HANA FIN Fiori support activities
* Regularly interacted with users to ensure proper understanding of Business Requirements and Functional specifications
* Prepared Month End activities for managerial reporting purposes
* Interaction with client business users for gathering and analysis of requirements, written functional specifications
* Involved in complete SDLC project management activities
* Developed test scenarios and performed unit and integration testing
* Involved in Period-end-closing activities
* Assisted in preparation of Integration test scripts for testing data for outbound and inbound data
* Experience with data mapping and data migration processes and tools
* Must possess deep knowledge of MS Office to include Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
