The Role
We are looking for a confident, people‐centred HR Advisor to partner with leaders and employees across our Supply Chain & Operations teams. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you'll provide pragmatic HR advice, support the full employee lifecycle, and help shape a safe, respectful and high‐performing workplace culture.

What you'll be doing
* Provide timely, practical HR advice across recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, wellbeing and exits.
* Serve as the first point of contact for ER matters, managing routine to moderately complex cases.
* Support interpretation of Enterprise Agreements, Awards and policies.
* Support leaders through performance management, improvement plans and disciplinary processes.
* Assist with grievances, investigations, ER documentation and liaison with unions and external advisors.
* Support annual performance cycles, capability initiatives and manager training.
* Contribute to organisational change, restructures and workforce projects.
* Maintain strong HR governance, documentation and continuous improvement.
* Champion safety, wellbeing and responsible business practices.
You'll partner closely with people managers and employees across Supply Chain & Operations, the Senior HR Manager, the broader People & Communications team, and Health, Safety & Sustainability. You'll also engage with unions, external advisors, regulators and industry bodies.
We want to hear from you if you have:
* 3+ years' experience in an HR Advisor role.
* Strong relationship‐building skills and a collaborative, service‐focused approach.
* Sound judgement, professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
* Solid understanding of contemporary HR and ER practices, including Enterprise Agreements and employment legislation.
* A current driver's licence and willingness to travel between sites and vineyards.
