Due to growth within our established Finance Practice, Platinum Pacific Partners is seeking an experienced executive search professional to lead and deliver senior finance mandates across private equity, funds management and growth-stage corporates.
The role focuses on CFO, Finance Director and executive finance appointments across investment banks, private capital platforms, asset management and predominantly private equity-backed portfolio companies. Working as part of a high-performing team, you will operate as a trusted advisor to Boards, CEOs and Investment Partners, building credibility within the Finance vertical and combining disciplined execution with commercial impact.

The Role
* Lead end-to-end delivery of retained and exclusive CFO and senior finance searches
* Advise clients on mandate definition, candidate profiling and remuneration frameworks
* Provide market intelligence across funds management, private equity and growth-stage corporates
* Build long-term relationships with senior finance leaders and investor stakeholders
* Contribute to new mandate development and pitch activity
About You
* Proven experience in senior finance recruitment or executive search
* Demonstrated capability managing retained search mandates
* Strong commercial drive and accountability for outcomes
* Credibility operating at executive and board level
* Absolute integrity and attention to detail
* Experience within investment banking, private equity, asset management or PE-backed portfolio companies is highly regarded.
