Overview
Desktop Support Engineer role in Western Sydney on a 12-month contract with the possibility to extend. Onsite 3 days per week, with 2 days remote/work-from-home or other client site. Salary up to $57 p/h (Inc. Super); 38-40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* Provide desktop support for clients' infrastructure and business applications.
* Design and support cloud and on-premise systems; solve complex problems.
* Deliver services through a mix of onsite and remote support.
* Proactively identify solutions and ensure the smooth operation of business-critical systems.
What you need to have
* Working knowledge of Azure cloud environments
* Windows Server administration skills
* Active Directory and Group Policy expertise
* 3+ years of Desktop Support experience
