Connect APAC are proud to be partnering with a multi-award winning Spirits brand, known for their quality, high‐end and premium portfolio. This organisation is at the heart of its expansion phase in Australia and this role will work closely with the national team as well as international executives. With their continued expansion, this role will come with strong career progression opportunities into more senior roles.
This role will focus on managing and growing relationships across the NSW independent liquor channel, working closely with banner groups, key independents, and wholesale partners to drive distribution, visibility, and sales growth.
The successful candidate will play a key role in executing activations, identifying new business opportunities, supporting range reviews, and ensuring strong in‐market execution across a portfolio of premium and creative brands.
What We're Looking For
* Experience working in the Liquor industry.
* Sales experience – KAM/AM/BDE (depending on level of experience).
* Strong understanding of the NSW independent liquor landscape.
* Existing relationships across independents, banners, or wholesalers highly regarded.
* Commercially minded with strong negotiation and relationship‐building skills.
* Self‐motivated, hands‐on, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast‐paced environment.
* Passion for premium brands and the liquor industry.
