Your New Role
As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cloud solutions that meet complex business needs. You'll collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of cloud services. Your responsibilities will include:
Architect and design solution for complex business environments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and program requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions
Articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Provide technical leadership in project teams and take ownership of identifying the technical options and outcomes of a collaborative decision-making process
Participate in selection of appropriate design standards, methods, and tools, consistent with agreed enterprise and solution architecture
What You'll Need to Succeed
Proven experience in designing and delivering solutions across SaaS, PaaS, cloud infrastructure and DevOps environments, with strong knowledge of integration and automation practices.
Demonstrated expertise in enterprise platforms such as Salesforce CRM, MuleSoft, IBM WebSphere and AWS cloud stack, including architecture design and implementation.
Significant experience in a similar architecture role, managing and improving complex application portfolios in multi-sourced environments.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, applying analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts and drive decisions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Skilled in facilitating architecture decisions and aligning technical solutions with business objectives, working closely with peers and technical teams.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
Experience producing comprehensive solution designs covering application, integration, information, technology, and security perspectives.
Qualifications
Relevant tertiary qualifications and/ or Enterprise Architecture qualification (e.g. TOGAF)
