Role Overview As a Martech Consultant at Composed Digital, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to implement and optimise marketing technology solutions that integrate Braze and complementary technologies into their ecosystems. You will support the design and execution of workflows, user journeys, and data integrations to ensure effective and scalable marketing automation solutions.

Your Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyse technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and marketing objectives.
Configure and optimise Braze and partner technologies to integrate seamlessly with existing marketing technology stacks, enhancing performance and value.
Assist in defining workflows, user journeys, and solution designs that support customer engagement and personalization.
Support data structuring efforts, including user profiles and event‑driven interactions, to enable personalized marketing campaigns.
Work on multi‑channel marketing automation journeys in Braze Canvas, incorporating triggers and logic based on real‑time user behaviour from app, web, and data warehouses.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to marketing technology integrations, data flows, and automation logic.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in Martech, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
Participate in occasional client meetings or workshops to assist in solution discussions and implementations.
Your Experience
3+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing automation, or a related field.
Experience on Martech platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Insider, Salesforce, Adobe, or others.
Exposure to web development languages is a plus.
Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools is a plus.
Understanding of how a Customer Data Platform (CDP) operates and supports marketing initiatives.
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyse technical and business challenges.
A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively within a team and with clients.
A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
