About the role
This part-time Marketing Content Support & Coordination role at Bolton's Office National in Bendigo, VIC offers the opportunity to apply your marketing and administrative skills to support the company's strategic communications and content initiatives. As a Marketing Assistant/Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of engaging and high-quality marketing materials and campaigns. This role is part time - 30hrs per week, is based on-site Monday to Friday with flexible options around start and finish times.
What you'll be doing
1. Assist with the planning, production and distribution of marketing content such as social media posts, website updates, emails, brochures and other promotional materials
2. Collaborate with the management to implement marketing campaigns and initiatives
3. Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance
4. Maintain and update marketing collateral and resources
What we're looking for
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
2. Experience in marketing, communications or administration, ideally within a B2B environment and across platforms - Meta & LinkedIn in particular.
3. The business uses CRM & Marketing platforms, Hubspot & Pipedrive, experience in these or like CRM's an advantage.
4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and digital marketing tools
5. Ability to multitask, prioritise and work well under pressure
6. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and branding
7. Strong organisational and time management skills
8. A proactive, collaborative and customer-focused approach
