You will have a varied workload and some of your responsibilities will include:
* Relieving Reception
* Providing support to accounts department and legal secretaries
* Collecting and sorting mail
* Preparing all external mail for posting
* General office duties such as photocopying, scanning and filing
* Deliveries, banking and other errands
