deliver integrated, insight-driven campaigns that align with organisational objectives and strengthen the Territory's position
as a must-visit destination.
Key duties and responsibilities

portfolio to identify growth opportunities, drive visitation and provide clear strategic guidance on how to engage these

2. Work collaboratively with event and destination marketing teams to implement brand positioning, value propositions and
targeted messaging aligned to consumer segmentation, ensuring alignment between event-led marketing and broader
destination campaigns.

Territory as a destination, ensuring a cohesive approach across owned, earned and paid channels.
4. Manage and monitor marketing budgets across event and destination campaigns in line with organisational objectives,
ROI expectations and measurable performance outcomes.
5. Lead and manage key creative and media agencies to deliver compelling campaign concepts, strategic media schedules
and optimise activity once in market to maximise awareness, consideration and conversion.
6. Lead and support a high-performing team working across multiple brands, events and destination programs, ensuring
clarity of roles, accountability and collaboration.
7. Build and maintain strong collaborative partnerships with media, industry, event owners, stakeholders and government
at both local and national levels to extend reach and drive cooperative marketing outcomes.
8. Prepare and support the development of strategic briefings and correspondence, including Ministerials, Legislative
Assembly Briefings, funding agreements and service agreements, ensuring alignment with both event and destination
priorities.
