We have an opportunity for an experienced Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic to join our workshop team specialising in Heavy Vehicle repairs and maintenance across on-highway, construction, mining, and agriculture customers based at our Mackay branch.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Complete repairs and maintenance of heavy diesel products
* Diagnose and repair various engines
* Engine rebuilding and reconditioning
* Disassemble, inspect, and clean engines and components
Responsibilities
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
* Must have Heavy Vehicle Diesel trade qualification - Heavy Vehicle Mechanic/Plant Mechanic or Diesel Fitter (to Australian standards)
* Previous experience with repairs and maintenance experience with On Highway Truck, Mining, Construction or Agriculture applications
* Kenworth, Western Star, Hitachi, Komatsu & Liebherr experience highly desirable
