About the role We are excited to offer an exceptional career opportunity for a full-time People & Development Advisor in our vibrant Sydney office.
This role will see you working as part of our national People & Development team to support all of our seven offices nationally.
With the support of a small and collegiate team, some of your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Project management, including planning, implementing and driving the success of both cyclical and ad hoc projects/events Providing employee life cycle support to ensure the delivery of seamless employee life cycle processes Hosting and managing webinars and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) presentations, including scheduling events, liaising with presenters, and supporting the delivery of presentations Assisting our P&D Managers with general employee relations matters Providing assistance with data collection and reporting requirements Assisting with recruitment processes to provide an exceptional candidate experience Taking the lead on coordinating annual Practising Certificate and Specialist Accreditation renewals for our legal practitioners Providing back up assistance and support to our P&D administrative team, and Payroll Analysing our current processes and recommending improvements About you Our ideal candidate for this role is someone looking to advance from a Coordinator position to an Advisor, and who has a keen interest in developing their Human Resources skills as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
