Key Responsibilities:
* Retail sales and operation of Point-of-Sale devices
* Effective management of donations, including collection, sorting, and pricing within store parameters
* Supporting visual merchandising and store presentation initiatives
* Providing exceptional customer service experience
* Maintaining accurate stock displays, adhering to policy and procedure guidelines
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous retail experience is highly desirable but not mandatory; passion and ability to deliver high-quality results in a dynamic retail setting are key.
* A high-energy individual with a proven track record of providing extraordinary customer service.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and customers.
* Technical proficiency and adaptability in various retail settings.
* Flexibility to work a diverse roster, including weekends, and willingness to work across multiple locations within the retail area.
