You will lead our expansion across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW, attracting quality landlords, building developer relationships, and positioning QSL Collective as the premium management brand of choice.
You will not just build a rent roll.
You will help shape an asset.
What You Will Do
• Generate new managements through strategic prospecting, networking, and structured follow-up
• Build and nurture high-value relationships with developers, investors, and referral partners
• Present confidently and convert enquiries into signed managements
• Work alongside our in-house creative team to execute standout campaigns
• Own your pipeline and performance metrics with discipline and consistency
• Represent QSL Collective at industry events and within key networks
• Collaborate closely with our property management team to ensure seamless onboarding and premium client experience
• Manage leasing where required before structured handover
• Take full ownership of your growth division and build something you are proud of
What You Bring to the Collective
You are already performing at a high level, or know you are ready to.
• Proven results in BDM, rent roll growth, leasing, or property sales
• Strong knowledge of the Gold Coast market with established local relationships
• Current Real Estate Licence
• Polished communication skills with strong closing ability
• Commercial acumen and strategic thinking
• Self-leadership, drive, and accountability
• Valid driver’s licence
