Who has the ability to grow and drive an expanding business in the Southwest of Western Australia
The Role:
This is a hands-on role at first, overseeing all operational functions and reporting to the Business Owner. You must be able to lead and motivate a team but also be willing to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty when the time is required.
Typical daily operations will include:
* Onsite and plan take off quotations and estimates
* Site inspections with clients and builders
* Business development
* Oversee the stock control, warehousing and transport functions
* Provide leadership, mentoring and coaching to your teams
* Provide the highest level of customer service
* Installation and Maintance of Skylights products while business in the growth stage.
Suitable candidate must have:
* Experienced tradesman / carpenter
* Experience managing operational costs and achieving results
* Oversee the stock control, warehousing and transport functions
* Ensure site compliance to WHS practices are maintained at all times
* Maintain and increase on-going relationships (at all levels)
* Must be willing to travel to Perth Metro for training and meetings
* Current driver's license required
Training:
Product training and ongoing support from business owner provided
