Our profits are aligned to our purpose in four key ways – Social, Culture, Environment, and Economic.The RoleThis is a casual Guest Services & Housekeeping Officer position, located at Reflections Holidays, Forster Beach.The purpose of the role is to carry out guest services & Housekeeping duties within the park, provide excellent customer service experience every time, and represent Reflections Holidays in a positive manner.While undertaking Housekeeping duties, you are responsible for cleaning and preparing accommodation for guests of the park.
The work is physical and involves changing bed linens, cleaning of cabins, and general public park areas.About YouKey responsibilities of a Guest Services Officer include:Provide exceptional customer service including liaising with guests face to face; via telephone and internet for bookings, enquiries, and complaints.Have RMS, Newbook or similar reservations system experience.Undertake general office duties, banking, and cleaning of office/kiosk.Prepare correspondence, record keeping of all mail and carry out filing in accordance with procedures.Assist Park Manager and Supervisors with the opening and closing of office and kiosk/store.Receiving and dispensing of monies via computerised point of sale register.Assist with stock take and invoicing for kiosk, store, cabin, office, and cleaning equipment and chemicals.Assist and direct visitors within the park and as they enter the park.Assist in social media administration at park level as required.Key responsibilities of a Housekeeping Officer include:Undertake cleaning of interior and exterior cabin areas and amenities blocks.Undertake housekeeping duties such as linen changes, cleaning of cabins, replenish stock.Undertake stocktake and compiling of records of items in cabins.Follow work health and safety procedures.Assist and direct visitors within the park and provide excellent customer service.Be physically fit, able to lift up to 11kg and work up to an eight-hour shift standing or moving, on your feet.Be reliable and flexible to work a range of shifts including weekends, peak holiday seasons, and public holidays.About YouThe successful candidate will have experience in:Delivering excellent customer service.Administration or front office reception.
Using a booking/reservations system.Housekeeping/general cleaning experience.Our new Team Member will be able to:Manage time to meet priorities.Learn quickly, use initiative, and adapt to changing work environments.Solve problems with accuracy and efficiency to meet guest needs.Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Communicate with all levels of guests to an excellent standard.
