Details: Under the broad direction from the ITSM Director, you will:
* Plan and coordinate all the activities required to perform, monitor, and report on the incident and problem management processes, including assistance with all tasks associated with high priority incidents.
* Continuously refine the ITSM processes, tools and other technologies by incorporating industry best practices.
* Create, maintain and provide executive reports, dashboards and trend analysis, including identifying, initiating and conducting incident reviews and report the outcomes to governance committees.
* Communicate effectively and make decisions that are based on professional judgement and evaluation of risk.
* Engage and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities and achieve positive outcomes.
* Develop and facilitate training and support staff on ITSM processes and tools.
* Undertake other duties appropriate to this level of classification that contribute to the ITSM team and the Directorate.
