Due to sustained demand and ongoing workflow growth, they are looking to appoint a Client Manager, Tax & Business Advisory. You will step into a genuine advisory position where you take ownership of your own client portfolio, supported by a centralised bookkeeping and compliance team, allowing you to focus on high-value client outcomes and strategic advisory work. The Role: Manage and grow your own portfolio of SME and business clients Deliver tax planning and business advisory services Focus on strategic advisory work (not compliance preparation) Review work completed by a centralised offshore/remote bookkeeping team Provide insights and recommendations to improve client performance Support new business development opportunities Work closely with senior leadership, including a Client Manager overseeing multiple offices About You: Strong background in Australian public practice accounting Experience in business services and tax advisory CA/CPA qualified or working towards Confident managing client relationships independently Strong technical tax knowledge with commercial thinking Comfortable working in a tech-enabled, remote-reviewed workflow model Strong communication and client-facing capability What’s On Offer: Full autonomy over your client portfolio Advisory-focused role with no compliance preparation work Support from a centralised bookkeeping and compliance team Strong leadership and structured support from HQ Exposure to business development opportunities Salary negotiable based on experience This is a rare opportunity to step away from traditional compliance-heavy accounting and move into a true client advisory role, where your focus is on strategy, relationships and commercial impact.
