Your Role:
As a valued team member, your responsibilities may include:
Providing high-quality care to Aged Care residents
Monitoring and assessing patient health
Administering medications & treatments
Keeping accurate records and documentation
Collaborating with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes
What You Need to Join
* Registered Nurse Qualification – Bachelor of Nursing + AHPRA Registration (Div 2)
NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Minimum 6 months of Aged Care experience
Up-to-date vaccinations (Flu & COVID-19 – 2025)
