Are you a politically savvy strategic communicator with established media networks, and a passion for telling stories that drive influence in community services?
Our client is seeking an experienced communications skilled to lead and deliver communication strategy, lift the organisation’s profile and amplify the voices of the communities they serve.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work across the organisation to create compelling written content, manage multi-channel campaigns, strengthen media relationships and continuously improve the digital and traditional communication channels.
This is a hands‑on, strategic comms role that combines provision of high‑level advice to the executive, crisis communications support, annual reporting, social media growth and the development of powerful advocacy campaigns.
We now seek a tertiary qualified practitioner with experience in developing and implementing communication strategies and annual plans as well as creating, developing and delivering effective and engaging written communications, with an emphasis on strategic communications for key projects, services, and organisational priorities. This includes a focus on continuous improvement of effective communication channels.
This is a part‑time (0.8 FTE) permanent role paying SCHADS Award Level 5 and offering flexible working arrangements and a supportive, values‑driven culture.
