Executive Assistant
to join our team and help us continue this vital work.

Role Overview:

As the Executive Assistant, you'll deliver high-level administrative assistance to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), while administering key HR and IT support processes.

What You'll Do:

* Provide high-level executive support, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing documentation for leadership and governance processes.
* Act as a key communication link between the executive team and internal stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all correspondence.
* Support core HR functions such as recruitment administration, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
* Coordinate interview scheduling, prepare employment documentation, and keep HR systems updated with accurate information.
* Serve as the primary liaison with IT service providers to manage support requests, procurement, and maintenance of technology resources.
* Balance multiple priorities with strong organisational skills to ensure smooth operations across executive, people, and IT processes.

Qualifications and Knowledge - Essential

* Demonstrated skills and experience in providing executive support services to senior leadership.
* Ability to quickly acquire knowledge of policies and procedures.
* Superior computer skills with a comprehensive understanding of various software programs commonly used in business settings, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email systems, and quick to learn specialised industry-specific applications.
* Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
* Mature interpersonal and relationship skills.
* Proven ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision and ability to operate in a cooperative and collaborative team-based environment.
* Previous experience in a similar role and demonstrated IT capabilities, experience, and knowledge.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Current Driver's License
* Working with Children Check (Blue Card) – or the ability to acquire.
* Current National Police Certificate – or the ability to acquire.

Desirable

* Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, or Human Resources and/or relevant equivalents.
* Award interpretation knowledge and experience.
* Payroll knowledge and understanding.
* Employment Hero experience and proficiency
