Infrastructure Development Specialist
This role offers an exceptional opportunity to drive infrastructure development end-to-end, from planning through commissioning.
The successful candidate will oversee the coordination and management of mixed-infrastructure projects.
1. Develop comprehensive project scopes, programs, take-offs, procurement plans, inspection test plans, and cost forecasts to ensure accurate project delivery.
2. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams (Civil, SMP, E&I) to streamline works and enhance overall project efficiency.
3. Lead site delivery, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, environmental regulations, and SHMS compliance.
4. Effectively manage subcontractors and direct labour to achieve project goals.
5. Prepare and submit progress claims, variations, extensions of time, and commercial documentation in a timely manner.
6. Foster strong relationships with clients, engineers, superintendents, and project stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.
7. Support tendering, estimating, and project start-up processes to ensure seamless project execution.
