Care Delivery Professional
About this role:
Work within a neighbourhood structure, providing nursing care and leadership to other care staff.
This includes developing and implementing care plans, assessing residents' needs, and supporting new staff with their professional development.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and implement care plans for residents
* Assess residents' needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
* Support the professional development of new staff members
* Liaise with the care team to provide coordinated care
* Manage conflict, pressures, and competing priorities in a confident manner
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
* Current AHPRA registration
* Extensive general nursing experience and demonstrated skills reflective of clinical experience
* Ability to work collaboratively with the care team
