The opportunity
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Account Manager, Merchants to join our ACT/Southern NSW Sales team. In this hands‑on, field‑based role, you'll take ownership of a merchant territory, building strong relationships and driving sales and profitability across the region.
What you'll be doingManage and grow a portfolio of merchant customersAchieve sales and margin targets within your territoryDeliver product training, demonstrations and day‑to‑day supportIdentify growth opportunities through sales data and market insightEnsure merchant displays and point of sale are current and engagingWork closely with internal teams to deliver great customer outcomes
About youExperience in sales or account management, ideally within a trade or merchant environmentStrong relationship‑building and communication skillsCommercial mindset with confidence using data and reportingSelf‑motivated, organised and comfortable working autonomously in the field
