* Serve as the primary client contact and advocate, developing and overseeing care plans and budgets tailored to individual needs.

About you
* Must have current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse and tertiary qualification in Nursing
* Demonstrated experience in developing, delivering and reviewing client care plans within clinical or aged care settings.
* Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Act, quality standards and person-centred care principles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work positively within a team and with external stakeholders.
* Sound judgement in clinical assessment, documentation and management of client needs and changes.
* Analytical skills to monitor budgets, assess funding utilisation and contribute to management reporting.
* Commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
