Full Time | Morning Shift (7am–3pm) or Afternoon Shift (2pm–10pm)
Mediapoint is a fast-growing, trade-only print manufacturer servicing over 1,000 print resellers across Australia. We operate a modern, highly automated production environment and are expanding our production and packaging team.
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Print Production & Packaging Team Member who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in quality, and is motivated to be efficient.
About the Role
This is a practical, on-the-floor production role focused on handwork, packing, and assisting across print and finishing operations. You will be part of a supportive team with opportunities to grow your skills and take on more responsibility over time.
Your day-to-day may include:
• Packing and quality checking finished print jobs
• High-volume handwork and finishing tasks
• Operating and assisting with production and finishing machines
• Using our production systems and computers to track jobs
• Troubleshooting minor machine issues and escalating where required
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
About You
We're looking for someone who:
• Is fast and accurate with handwork and packing
• Is confident using computers and production systems
• Can follow processes and work to KPIs
• Is mechanically minded or interested in learning machine operation
• Can troubleshoot and fix minor machine issues (highly regarded)
• Has forklift licence or experience (highly regarded)
• Shows initiative, reliability, and leadership potential
Print or manufacturing experience is preferred, but not essential for the right attitude.
