The role:
Our busy and collaborative Assets & Logistics team is looking to bring on board a Servicing Coordinator to assist our overall workshop team based at our Tomago Yard in Newcastle.
By joining an already high-performing team, you will aid in asset coordination across our projects, ultimately ensuring workshop administration is efficiently managed.
Your everyday responsibilities
Management of digital prestart information and the job tracking platform.
Tracking, updating, and managing simple breakdown coordination/processes of plant & machinery in conjunction with the Asset & Personnel team.
Maintenance management: Coordination and booking of plant & machinery servicing where and when needed.
HSEQ: Upholding and adhering to safety and wider HSEQ standards across the workshop.
Updating and maintaining maintenance records.
Who are you?
Current NSW driver's license.
Intermediate Microsoft skills using Excel and PowerPoint.
Front foot mindset and quick learner.
Ability to multitask and prioritise the business needs.
Relevant experience working in a logistics/scheduling environment.
Knowledge of relevant ISO quality systems.
