Job Opportunity: Marine and Safety Professional
This role bridges two critical functions, requiring a candidate who can manage administrative processes and drive safety performance.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate travel arrangements and security logistics for the classification team.
* Schedule support logistics to aid the classification management.
* Support job tracking, monitor work in progress, and invoicing of classification tasks.
* Manage document storage and record keeping.
* Assist in creating high-quality client documentation including Statements, Certificates, and Reports.
* General administrative work for the classification team and business management.
* Effectively manage workload to complete allocated tasks with high organisation and accuracy to ensure deadlines are met. Communicate delays to clients and management.
Requirements:

* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* National Police Clearance is required upon commencement.
